Cover Manager uses one page to enter and record information, it's simplistic interface allows you to quickly grasp the features and figure out how it works. Clicking the Add button creates a new cover record, you then select the absent staff from a drop down list. The staff timetable for that day is completed so you can see what lesson they have and therefore what lessons need covering.
