Single user version (£399 + £100 per year license fee)

A single user version of Cover Manager allows schools to load one copy of Cover Manager onto a computer in school. The single user version can only be accessed in school.

Multi User Version (£499 + £150 per year licence fee)

A multi user version of Cover Manager allows schools to access the software via any computer with an Internet connection, this means you can access the Cover Manager software from home if you like! Many schools use this option as it gives them more flexability over when they manage the cover list. Some schools even request a 'booking out' screen to be added to the software so staff can book themseleves out and be approved online.

Optional extras

Yearly setup and configuration £200 - Our technicians can setup and configure the software each year by adding the staff and timetable information for you from your existing MIS system. This means you can start using the software straight away. You don't have to worry about the setup, it will just work!
